Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for daily ERP operations, user support, and issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical problems when needed.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions in compliance with internal policies.
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation of system updates and configurations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain data integrity, support reporting, and assist in small-scale optimizations.
- Coordinate with external ERP consultants and partners when necessary.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central in a support, operations, or functional role.
- Good understanding of finance, inventory, purchasing, or sales business processes.
- Experience with ERP workflows, user role management, and master data maintenance.
- Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency (minimum B2, written and spoken).
