Description

**Responsibilities:** - Develop new chatbot use cases and refine existing ones in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Analyze logs, debug issues, and resolve technical challenges efficiently. - Write and maintain automated tests to ensure robust ongoing development. - Work closely with developers, the Product Owner, and Scrum Master for optimal collaboration. - Continuously enhance chatbot performance, speed, and scalability for an improved user experience.

Requirements

**Requirements and Qualifications:** - Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English. - Over 3 years of professional experience in software development. - Solid hands-on experience with Python. - Strong understanding of CI/CD principles. - Proficiency using Git for version control workflows. - Knowledgeable in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. **Nice to Have:** - Experience with Java (Spring). - Familiarity with the Rasa framework. - Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, AWS, GitHub, and Linux.
