We are currently looking for one of our partners an ambitious and self-motivated candidates for the position of:

Main responsibilities:

Welcoming guests and customers, answer phone calls and take necessary actions;
Follow-up on customer claims;
Order office supplies, collect and provide generic documents to either Partners or end-users;
Translation activities;
User manuals activity management (database maintenance, order and delivery process)
Organize and archive documents (contracts, tenders, etc.; collect and maintain activities proofs, if needed)
Support event activities (looking for suitable venues, arranging catering and office supplies, a.o.)


Requirements:

Experience of minimum 6 months at the same position;
University Degree;
Fluent in verbal and written English;
Computer skills (knowledge of MS Office);
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
