Technical support consultant with French or German and English:

The perfect candidate for the position should be a positive individual with strong communication skills, who likes the working process dynamics in an International company.

Main responsibilities:
Provides tool support (logistics, technical, financial, warranty related)
Interacts with Partners to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
Follows standard processes and procedures, identifies and escalates priority issues, redirects problems to appropriate resource
Accurately processes and records call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software

Job requirements:
Excellent knowledge of the English and French or German
Basic knowledge of OS Windows
Problem solving skills
Analytical skills
Effective listening skills
Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the well being of the team and organization
