Description
- Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability
- Evaluate and implement new technologies, lead pilot programs, and oversee full-scale rollouts.
- Identify and resolve operational issues through root cause analysis and practical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process performance and generate regular reports.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects involving process upgrades, new product launches, and major changes.
- Oversee the implementation of new operations, automation systems, and equipment setups
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Process or Production Engineer
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Proven project management experience
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Strong initiative and a drive to innovate and contribute
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English
