Main Responsibilities: - Support customer enquiries via email, chat and phone; - Reporting on system bugs and general problems, experienced by the customers to the specialized departments or CS Management; - Escalate issues when they cannot be resolved locally; - Provide excellent service that will improve the customer loyalty and satisfaction; - Depth knowledge about products and Standard Operating Procedures in the company. Requirements: - Excellent knowledge of either: German or Russian (C1 level); - Working knowledge of English (B1-B2 level); - Great communication skills; - Organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills; - Prior customer support experience would be an advantage.
