Our client, a global logistics company that specializes in managing the movement and storage of goods for businesses worldwide, is looking for a Branch Manager with expertise in transportation and logistics to spearhead the development of their Bulgarian branch.

About the role

As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding their client portfolio, and implementing innovative strategies within the logistics and transportation sector. Working in collaboration with local and international teams, you’ll shape the future of their Bulgarian operations.

What you’ll do

• Business development & client management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identify new opportunities in transportation and logistics, crafting tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and business meetings.

 

• Operational excellence:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and contracts.
  • Define and manage the organizational structure for logistics teams.
  • Support the implementation of TMS/WMS systems.
  • Collaborate with suppliers in accounting, payroll, and recruiting processes.

 

• Performance monitoring:

  • Analyze KPIs to track progress toward sales and business goals.
  • Report regularly to management on project status and achievements.
  • Participate in periodic/month-end closing and financial performance assessments.

 

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry.
• Experience with B2B client development. 
• Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel in the country and abroad.
