• Improve Trade Investment Strategy (Discount Matrix, Value drivers, investment levels) by Category, Channel, and Customers.
• Participating in business cases for new launches, downsizing, and multipack packs
• Contribute to strategic decisions.
• Ensure the successful implementation of Commercial Policy tools.
• Prepares monthly reporting deck and scorecard with key learning and regular discounts.
• Build and continuously improve cross-departmental cooperation and communication to execute strategies across the organization.
• Effective communication with internal stakeholders to deliver the commercial policy strategy.

Изисквания

• Degree in either Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 4+ years in Commercial, Finance, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across teams.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Ideally previous expertise in pricing strategies and knowledge of industry trends.
• Business fluent in Bulgarian and English.
