Facility Manager

ApplyKey Responsibilities: Operational Building & Infrastructure Management: Overseeing the comprehensive maintenance of the facility (excluding production equipment), including inspection and control of technical systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing) and managing warranty periods. Design & Implementation of Automation Systems (BMS/CAFM): Identifying needs, selecting, and integrating modern software solutions for access control, resource management, and administrative process reporting. Vendor & Partner Network Management: Selection, negotiation, and supervision of external service providers for specialized activities such as professional cleaning, security, landscaping, and out-of-warranty repairs. Budget Planning & Resource Optimization: Monitoring administrative expenses and implementing energy-efficient and eco-friendly solutions aimed at reducing operating costs and achieving corporate KPIs. Team Administration & Development Projects: Direct management of the Facility Expert and active participation in the strategic planning of future renovations, redevelopments, or infrastructure investment projects.
