IT Operations & ERP Administrator

To support their daily operations and upcoming IT audit, we are looking for a hands-on IT Operations & ERP Administrator who will take ownership of the entire IT environment and act as a reliable technology partner to the business. Key Responsibilities• Provide end-to-end hardware and software support for the company’s IT infrastructure • Act as the main IT contact during external audits, clearly presenting and defending IT processes and security measures in English • Support and optimize the warehouse ERP system (SoftOne) – administration, issue resolution and process improvements (or learn it within a short onboarding period) • Administer Microsoft 365 environment (accounts, access, devices, policies) • Prepare, install and configure new laptops and workstations, electronic signatures • Diagnose and resolve day-to-day technical issues (e.g. printing, device performance, connectivity)
