HR Executive

HR Executive
Your role will involve:

• Develop and Implement HR Practices: Design and enforce HR practices, procedures, internal rules, and company documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Manage Employment Processes: Oversee all aspects of employment, including hiring, promotions, benefits administration, legal compliance, disciplinary actions, and adherence to labour laws.
• Lead Recruitment and Orientation: Direct the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
• Oversee Payroll Operations: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with local regulations.
• Organise Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to support employee development and organisational growth.
• Prepare Budget Reports: Develop annual headcount budget reports and provide monthly or ad hoc reports to headquarters as required.
• Implement HR Projects: Collaborate with headquarters to roll out HR projects and strategies effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR processes, with a strong understanding of Bulgarian labour law.
• Skills: Excellent communication and analytical thinking abilities. Proven capability to develop and implement new systems.
• Experience working within a matrix organisation is a plus.
