Studio Operations Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and organized Studio Operations Team Lead for one of our international clients in the field of live studio operations and digital entertainment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Report to the Studio Manager and collaborate closely with the Head of Staff Training and Development;
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and performance assessments for new and current team members;
• Build and maintain a positive and productive team environment aligned with company culture and KPIs;
• Ensure compliance with all internal procedures, policies, and external standards;
• Foster strong working relationships across teams and maintain high-quality performance standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar team leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced operational environment;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian – both written and verbal;
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
• Ability to lead a team in a structured and motivating way;
• Willingness to work on-site and in a rotating shift system;
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
