ACCOUNTANT with English

Apply Our Client, an international company, is seeking a responsible and experienced specialist to oversee accounting operations in their office in Stara Zagora and to take the challenging position of:
ACCOUNTANT with English
Job functions:

• Daily accounting activities
• Invoicing based on signed Lease Agreements and Annexes - follow all Suppliers’ contracts to raise proper invoices.
• Processing in the accounting program of various regular monthly documents.
• Create monthly internal reports for assigned property. 
• Create and post monthly journal entries and accruals 
• Analyse and transfer cash between security deposit and operating accounts to ensure all security deposit funds are held in the correct account
• Assists in month end advancement of the onsite software by running reports, ensuring proper balances, and advancing the month in Leasing & Rents  
• Ensures accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses 
• Perform weekly Accounts Payable reviews and make needed payments
• Assist with year-end audit requests
• Preparing reports and information for management in the Headquarter and the Bulgarian office

Qualified applicants will have the following skills:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Min 2-3 years’ experience in the field of accountancy
• Deep knowledge of Bulgarian legislation, knowledge and experience with International Accounting Standard and auditing practices and principles
• Previous experience with accounting software (Ajur, SAP) and ERP will be advantage.
• Very good working knowledge of Excel 
• Very good English – written and spoken
• High level of attention to detail, aptitude for planning/managing deadlines
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Analytical thinking.
