• Lead initiatives for warehouse process optimisation, focusing on efficiency, automation, and cost reduction.
• Manage and oversee warehouse operations, including storage, picking, packing, and distribution, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements and best practices across the warehouse network.
• Analyze market trends and client requirements to align warehouse operations with business needs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within warehouse and logistics operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts in alignment with company strategy.

Изисквания

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain management, and business development.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse process optimisation and operational excellence projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, distribution models, and logistics services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and market insights to identify opportunities.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
• Very good command of English (both written and spoken).
