Troubleshooting Technician

ApplyKey Responsibilities: • Specialized Troubleshooting: Carry out in-depth technical investigations, tests, and repair activities on high-speed trains during commissioning and warranty periods. • Failure Data Management: Regularly register all deviations and failures in a specialized database, including configuration data to track system performance. • Analysis and Testing: Execute test procedures to evaluate system functionality and perform failure analysis on components returned for repair. • Technical Cooperation: Work in close collaboration with engineering and production teams during the implementation of field modifications and specific technical investigations. • Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS): Strictly apply and enforce EHS and security rules at the customer site. • Process Optimization: Provide expert recommendations for preventative actions and suggestions for product enhancements based on field experience (Return of Experience).
