Кандидатствай!• Lead, motivate, and develop the Engineering and Technical Department, managing a multidisciplinary team of engineers responsible for electronics, mechanics, and technical support activities;• Organize, plan, and control all activities related to preventive and corrective maintenance of production machines, equipment, and technical facilities;• Ensure the reliable and efficient operation of production equipment by implementing maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives;• Manage troubleshooting activities and provide technical support for complex electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation-related issues;• Develop and optimize maintenance processes, procedures, standards, and documentation to improve equipment availability and operational efficiency;• Coordinate and monitor preventive maintenance plans, equipment inspections, repairs, and improvement activities;• Analyze equipment performance indicators, identify recurring issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions;• Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers for technical support, repairs, and equipment improvements;• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production processes;• Support the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new machines and technical equipment;• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, internal standards, and applicable regulations related to machinery and technical operations;• Participate in budgeting, resource planning, and strategic decisions related to technical infrastructure, equipment reliability, and department development.
