Кандидатствай!• Lead, coordinate and develop a marketing team covering content, design and digital activities, as well as external agencies and partners;• Work closely with Sales and other key stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective marketing initiatives;• Develop and maintain quarterly marketing plans covering digital campaigns, content, events, brand communication and other key activities;• Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across websites, social media, digital platforms and internal communication channels;• Coordinate copywriting, visual content, video materials, presentations, infographics and other marketing assets;• Plan, manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads;• Monitor website performance, Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing metrics;• Coordinate SEO, PR, content and other specialized activities with internal resources and external agencies;• Track campaign effectiveness, lead generation and overall marketing performance, turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations;• Prepare regular marketing reports and present results and recommendations to senior management;• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, digital presence, campaign effectiveness and overall brand performance;• Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools and best practices and proactively introduce relevant new approaches.
