We are looking for an experienced and commercially mindedMarketing Managerto join the team of our international partner, a well-established company.This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, digital marketing, campaign execution, performance analysis and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently manage day-to-day marketing operations while also bringing ideas, structure and a strategic mindset to the function.Your Role:• You will lead an in-house marketing team and coordinate external partners, ensuring that marketing initiatives are well planned, consistently executed and aligned with wider business priorities.• You will work closely with senior stakeholders and commercial teams, translating business objectives into measurable marketing activities and helping shape the company's broader marketing direction.

Description

• Lead, coordinate and develop a marketing team covering content, design and digital activities, as well as external agencies and partners;• Work closely with Sales and other key stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective marketing initiatives;• Develop and maintain quarterly marketing plans covering digital campaigns, content, events, brand communication and other key activities;• Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across websites, social media, digital platforms and internal communication channels;• Coordinate copywriting, visual content, video materials, presentations, infographics and other marketing assets;• Plan, manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads;• Monitor website performance, Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing metrics;• Coordinate SEO, PR, content and other specialized activities with internal resources and external agencies;• Track campaign effectiveness, lead generation and overall marketing performance, turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations;• Prepare regular marketing reports and present results and recommendations to senior management;• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, digital presence, campaign effectiveness and overall brand performance;• Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools and best practices and proactively introduce relevant new approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, with strong hands-on experience in digital marketing;• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring a team;• Strong knowledge of both organic and paid digital marketing channels;• Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics and SEO;• Good understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms;• Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect marketing activities with business objectives and measurable results;• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;• Strong communication and presentation skills;• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented approach, with the confidence to take ownership and drive initiatives forward;• Experience working with external agencies, freelancers and other marketing partners;• Fluency in English and Bulgarian.What We Are Looking For:• We are looking for a professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
