Area Sales Manager

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor management and sales teams.
• Accompany distributor sales representatives on customer visits and provide field coaching and guidance.

• Ensure high standards of product availability, distribution, visibility and promotional implementation.
• Identify market opportunities through regular field visits and performance analysis.
• Monitor competitor activities and market developments within the assigned territory.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations.
• Support the implementation of commercial and growth initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Act as the key link between the company and distributor organizations within the region.
• Travel extensively across the assigned territory to ensure strong market presence and execution.
