Financial Controller

• Act as a business partner to stakeholders across Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions.
• Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze business performance against budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare profitability, margin, cost, and performance analyses to support business decision-making.
• Support the Sales team through forecast accuracy improvements and commercial performance analysis.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Procurement teams to monitor operational performance, supply chain costs, production efficiency, and inventory management.
• Participate in CAPEX evaluation and ROI analysis for investment projects.
• Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and ad hoc financial analyses for local and international stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the international Controlling team to drive data-driven decisions and continuous business improvement.
