Description
- Act as a business partner to stakeholders across Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions.
- Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze business performance against budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare profitability, margin, cost, and performance analyses to support business decision-making.
- Support the Sales team through forecast accuracy improvements and commercial performance analysis.
- Partner with Manufacturing and Procurement teams to monitor operational performance, supply chain costs, production efficiency, and inventory management.
- Participate in CAPEX evaluation and ROI analysis for investment projects.
- Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and ad hoc financial analyses for local and international stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the international Controlling team to drive data-driven decisions and continuous business improvement.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Controlling, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Financial Controlling is mandatory.
- Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment is mandatory.
- Experience in an international company will be considered a strong advantage.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to identify performance gaps, challenge assumptions, and suggest improvement plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Team-player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and international teams.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system is considered an advantage.
- Experience with Power BI or similar business analytics tools is considered an advantage.
