- Provide expert technical advice to clients on HVAC systems and products
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation – manuals, specifications, approvals
- Deliver technical trainings to partners and clients
- Offer on-site support, assist with troubleshooting and repairs
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Manage spare parts and consumables related to product maintenance
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow client relationships across Bulgaria
- Create and execute sales and promotional strategies
- Conduct market research to assess trends and opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Monitor and manage customer payments and credit limits
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical role: plumbing, heating, sanitary installations, gas boilers or heat pumps
- 5+ years in a commercial role
- Previous experience in DIY chains
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and market trends in Bulgaria
- Hands-on experience with product installation and diagnostics
- Experience in a similar HVAC role with technical & sales focus
- Hands-on experience with product installation and diagnostics
- Interest in emerging technologies in the field of heating and sanitary systems
