  • Provide expert technical advice to clients on HVAC systems and products
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation – manuals, specifications, approvals
  • Deliver technical trainings to partners and clients
  • Offer on-site support, assist with troubleshooting and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
  • Manage spare parts and consumables related to product maintenance
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow client relationships across Bulgaria
  • Create and execute sales and promotional strategies
  • Conduct market research to assess trends and opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Monitor and manage customer payments and credit limits 

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical role: plumbing, heating, sanitary installations, gas boilers or heat pumps
  • 5+ years in a commercial role
  • Previous experience in DIY chains
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and market trends in Bulgaria
  • Hands-on experience with product installation and diagnostics
Preferred:
  • Experience in a similar HVAC role with technical & sales focus
  • Hands-on experience with product installation and diagnostics
  • Interest in emerging technologies in the field of heating and sanitary systems
