We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional with strong leadership abilities to join our partner’s team as a: Process Engineer 

Description

• Аs a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing processes to enhance product performance and improve overall production efficiency. 
• This role requires collaboration with process owners and various departments to drive continuous improvements. 
• Process Optimization: Analyze the flow of materials through sorting processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase sustainability. 
• Technology Evaluation & Implementation: Assess new and existing technologies, pilot them, manage their full-scale implementation, and train staff to ensure effective use. 
• Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve operation issues by understanding root causes and developing solutions. 
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all processes adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
•  Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of process performance, including production rates, process parameters, and improvements, while creating reports that track progress. 
• Project Management: Lead or support cross-functional project teams, including process upgrades, new product implementations, and major method changes. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution timelines. 
• Operations Scaling: Guide and take charge of the implementation of new operations, automation systems, and machinery setups. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Production/Process Engineer.
• Proficient in process improvement methodologies aimed at boosting efficiency and throughput.
• Certified in Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement techniques.
• Proven project management experience.
•  Hands-on and pragmatic approach to solving complex issues.
•  Driven and eager to contribute and innovate within the organization.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
