Our partner in the plastics distribution industry is looking for a Sales and Marketing Expert

Description

Your day-to-day: - Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies in plastic materials - Lead sourcing initiatives: identify suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage long-term partnerships - Collaborate with sales on pricing strategies and customer segmentation - Recommend new product formats and support marketing campaigns - Coordinate with logistics and procurement to optimize full landed cost- Contribute to ERP implementation and pricing system logic 

Requirements

What we’re looking for: - Experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally in plastics or advertising sectors - Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking - Proactive, results-driven mindset with leadership potential - Advanced level in English- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
