We are currently looking for one of our international partners, a professional to take the role of Regional Sales Manager within the HVAC Industry.
Description
Responsibilities:
- As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies in Bulgaria. The role focuses on driving revenue through both existing and new customers, enhancing partner relationships, and contributing to the growth and visibility of the brand in the local market.
- Cooperate with local customers in the assigned markets, develop sales through existing customers or with new customers, and provide support to all partners
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Meet goals outlined in the business plan and company's strategy
- Develop long-term relations with customers by providing training, product presentations, logistic and technical support
- Address customer satisfaction issues promptly
- Stay up to date with competing markets and provide regular reports on market movement and penetration
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
Requirements
Preferable higher education in Technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in the construction, sanitary, plumbing, HVAC or building materials sector.
Previous experience in managing customer relationships, contract negotiations, and achieving sales targets.
Experience in DYI is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Adaptability to work independently and cross-functionally within an international environment.
