Description

Serve as the Head of the Accounting Department, overseeing all accounting operations within the company;
Directly supervise the accounting team, ensuring compliance with national and international accounting standards and regulations;
Assist senior management in making strategic financial, accounting, and tax-related decisions;
Analyze economic transactions, emerging business events, and assess the impact of accounting policies on overall company performance;
Manage a high volume of financial data and information, requiring excellent organizational and time management skills;
Design and maintain effective processes for timely and accurate accounting reports in accordance with international accounting standards, tax legislation, and internal budget targets;
Monitor and analyze the balance sheet, income statements, expense reports, and cash flow movements.
Participate in the development and implementation of the company’s financial policies and reporting practices;
Ensure all financial reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with corporate objectives and compliance requirements.
Communicate proactively regarding risks, discrepancies, or opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

University degree in Accounting and Control and/or Finance;
Very good computer literacy, including excellent skills in Microsoft Excel;
Proficiency in English – minimum B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field of Accounting and/or Finance;
At least 3 years of experience in the role of Chief Accountant;
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership;
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills;
