Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure
• Plan, implement, and maintain technology systems
• Ensure secure and efficient IT operations aligned with business goals
• Analyze tech needs and suggest improvements or new technologies
• Manage IT budgets and vendor negotiations
• Implement and monitor security protocols and conduct regular audits
• Demonstrate proactivity, self-initiative, and strong ownership in daily operations

Requirements

Requirements:Education:University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldProfessional Experience:

• Proven experience in the IT sector, minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or lead capacity
• Experience in logistics, retail, distribution, or supply chain is a plus

Certifications (advantage):

• Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Microsoft 365
• ITIL v4, CompTIA Network+/Security
• Project Management certifications

Leadership Experience:

• Budget and vendor management
• Project execution and system migration
• Policy compliance (ISO, GDPR)
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Discipline, adaptability, critical thinking
• Strong time management and multitasking
• Advanced English proficiency
• Category B driving license

Technical Skills:

• Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune
• Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI
• Networking: Firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, Backup (Veeam, Azure)
• Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMware
• ERP/CRM/WMS systems integration
