Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls regarding transport or technical issues related to purchased vehicles
- Register information in the European logistics system and coordinate with the nearest service point or partner
- Monitor the case until successful resolution, providing updates and assistance when needed
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and supervisors from the international team
Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong command of Bulgarian, with working proficiency in Romanian and English
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Readiness to work in shifts
