  • Register information in the European logistics system and coordinate with the nearest service point or partner
  • Monitor the case until successful resolution, providing updates and assistance when needed
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and supervisors from the international team

Requirements

  • Strong command of Bulgarian, with working proficiency in Romanian and English
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Readiness to work in shifts
