Description
- Drive people and culture initiatives that support employee engagement, wellbeing, and career development.
- Partner with leaders to ensure teams are motivated, supported, and aligned with the company’s values.
- Develop and implement policies and programs that strengthen organizational culture and retention.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on leadership, performance, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR/People roles, ideally within international or dynamic environments.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing people-focused strategies.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, empathetic, and innovative mindset.
