Your responsibilities:

• Active communication with customers, partners, and service providers;
• Receiving and handling customer complaints via email, phone, CRM systems, and other channels;
• Investigating cases, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring full resolution;
• Maintaining accurate documentation and regular communication with stakeholders;
• Providing administrative support and contributing to process improvements;
• Identifying recurring issues and proposing preventive actions.

Requirements

We are looking for:

• Excellent command of English;
• Secondary or higher education;
• Previous experience in customer service or working in an international environment;
• Knowledge of additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian) is considered an advantage;
• Strong communication and analytical skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and make independent decisions;
• Proactive, diplomatic, and customer-oriented approach;
• Good computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
