This role combines field sales leadership and key account management, giving you the chance to shape the market presence of a fast-growing brand.
Description
- Lead, coordinate, and support sales team nationwide
- Drive key account management activities and strengthen customer relationships
- Oversee product launches, in-store activations, tastings, and trainings
- Monitor promotions, POS execution, and stock levels
- Identify and implement growth initiatives in line with company strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in FMCG sales and account management
- Strong knowledge of the Bulgarian FMCG retail landscape
- Leadership and coordination skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bulgaria plus occasional trips to Romania
- Fluent Bulgarian and working English
