Manpower is delighted to support a successful international production company with the appointment of a HR BUSINESS PARTNER 

Description

 • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals & objectives. • Facilitates the process of functional organizational design and strategic workforce planning  • Support with change management projects as and when required.  • Support a wide range of stakeholders with HR matters. • Providing advice, guidance, and practical support across the full range of people activities (Job Evaluation, Recruitment, Retention, Contracts, Policy Development, all Employee Relations cases). • Design & develop materials to guide and support career development at mid & senior levels. Prepares and monitors Talent Development Score Card • HR reporting and support leadership with data-led decisions. • Deliver upskilling and coaching of managers in people related matters to ensure thoroughness, consistency, and fairness in the application of policy, procedure, and best practice.

Requirements

 • Proven background within a similar HR Business Partner role. • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders, advising on all matters of HR processes and procedures. • End to end experience of the employee lifecycle. • Have talent management experience in designing & developing initiatives to drive HR objectives, creating and supporting productive and engaged employees. • Experience of working within in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • You have excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to different people and environments. • You have a passion for HR and people excite you. • You are organised with a methodical approach to working towards multiple deadlines whilst ensuring attention to detail is maintained. • You have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders. • You understand the marketplace (talent) and use this information to inform project & business decisions. • You think creatively to deliver ideas/ solutions & solve problems • You are a collaborative, consultative team player with enthusiasm, passion, and drive.
