Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone professionally and promptly
  • Troubleshoot gameplay and account-related issues
  • Maintain knowledge of games, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively
  • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Flexible to work shifts in a 24/7 environment
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or iGaming is a plus
  • Knowledge of sports-related topics is an advantage
