As a Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s financial strategy.

Description

• Conduct thorough checks on financial obligations, including cash and inventory commitments.
• Monitor and verify company expenses in alignment with established financial frameworks and legal requirements.
• Prepare various reports in accordance with national legislation and regulatory standards.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial and accounting operations.
• Analyze financial data to assess business performance against forecasts and budgets, proposing improvements as necessary.
• Develop and present analyses in formats required by company management.
• Evaluate performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process automation to enhance resource optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role (experience in FMCG sector is a plus)
• Proficiency in financial software for data collection, processing, and analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English for both written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with a keen understanding of quantitative data and underlying logic.
• Results-driven approach with flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent teamwork and coordination skills to achieve collective goals.
