Our client, a leading international company in the consumer goods sector, is looking for a Supply Planning Specialist to join their team in Sofia. The role combines data accuracy, system coordination, and supply planning, supporting the full process from product setup to market launch.

Description

• Maintain and update product, supplier, and customer data in ERP and related systems
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and planning teams to ensure smooth setup and activation of new products.
• Monitor deliveries from factories and external partners, ensuring product availability and process alignment.
• Communicate with key retail clients and customs agents, supporting timely and accurate operations.
• Contribute to system improvements and process optimization within the supply chain team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in supply planning, logistics coordination, or data administration – ideally within an FMCG environment.
• Understanding of product and supply chain processes; interest in data and systems management.
• Good command of English; experience with ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to change.
