Description

Market Development & Sales

  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets, applications, and customers for recycled products.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and demand to develop informed commercial strategies.
  • Manage the full sales process — from prospecting and negotiation to contract execution and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial partners, recycling clients, and strategic collaborators.
  • Align sales initiatives with company resources and production realities to ensure sustainable growth.
Business & Product Development
  • Identify new business opportunities and product ideas, considering both market signals and company capabilities.
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory developments and understand how upcoming changes may open business opportunities or funding possibilities.
  • Provide regular market and regulatory insights to the Management and company leadership.
  • Support company's visibility and positioning through participation in industry fairs, networks, and conferences.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or international market expansion, preferably in an industrial or sustainability-oriented environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, evaluate, and capture new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence in managing international clients and partners.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, able to turn market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and goal-oriented, capable of driving initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European language is an advantage.
  • Genuine motivation for sustainability, innovation, and circular economy principles, with interest in EU regulatory developments related to responsible production and recycling.
  • Knowledge of EU sustainability frameworks, recycling targets, or waste management regulations is an advantage.
