Manpower is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Specialist – RISE Implementation Expert to join the new technology and innovation hub our international client is building in Sofia. This is a rare opportunity to become part of the team from the very beginning and actively contribute to shaping the operational model, delivery standards, and culture of the newly established center. Working closely with colleagues in Germany, you will take part in international transformation programs and support clients transitioning to SAP S/4HANA under the RISE with SAP framework. Your Responsibilities: In this role, you will drive end-to-end implementation cycles using SAP Activate and best-practice S/4HANA methodologies. You will collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure clean-core, cloud-ready deployments. • Lead SAP Activate phases: fit-to-standard workshops, configuration, testing, go-live, hypercare • Configure S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud based on SAP Best Practices • Set up Fiori applications and manage lightweight extensions • Support integration design using SAP Integration Suite/CPI • Participate in data migration planning and execution • Define and conduct test strategies, handle defect management, coordinate release cycles • Prepare and manage cutover plans and secure smooth post-go-live stabilization • Maintain documentation, prepare training materials, and support change management • Ensure alignment with architecture, QA, data, integration, and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications: • 3–5+ years of professional experience with SAP implementations • Practical experience with S/4HANA (Public or Private Cloud) • Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and fit-to-standard delivery approaches • End-to-end process understanding across O2C, S2P, R2R or similar • Hands-on configuration experience and ability to work across multiple domains • Familiarity with CPI, API-led integrations, and data migration activities • Clean-core mindset with preference for best-practice, low-customization design • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences • Fluent English; German is advantageous Nice to Have: • Understanding of Selective Data Transition (SDT) • Experience with ABAP Cloud/BTP (RAP/CAP), Fiori/UI5 • Exposure to test automation (e.g., Tricentis Tosca) • Experience with SAP Cloud ALM and operational monitoring • Knowledge of compliance frameworks: SoD, SOX, GxP, IAM basics
