Description

• Lead the overall HR function for the company's plants in Bulgaria, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency across all HR areas;
• Coordinate and manage teams responsible for recruitment, HR administration & payroll, learning & development, and HR projects;
• Act as a strategic and operational HR partner to senior management, ensuring all HR initiatives are aligned with the company’s values, business goals, and legal requirements;
• Work in close coordination with local HR Business Partners and directly manage teams responsible for core HR functions;
• Participate in local and international projects and contribute to building an HR culture based on leadership, transparency, and efficiency;
• Ensure full compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies;
• Prepare, analyze, and present key HR KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field;
• Proven professional experience in a senior HR position - experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment will be considered a strong advantage;
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams;
• Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation and HR best practices;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory);
• Strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
