Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals & objectives;Support a wide range of stakeholders with HR matters;Providing advice, guidance, and practical support across the full range of people activities (Job Evaluation, Recruitment, Retention, Contracts, Policy Development, all Employee Relations cases);Prepares and monitors Talent Development Score CardHR reporting and support leadership with data-led decisions;Deliver upskilling and coaching of managers in people related matters to ensure thoroughness, consistency, and fairness in the application of policy, procedure, and best practice.

Изисквания

Proven background within a similar HR Business Partner role;Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders, advising on all matters of HR processes and procedures;End to end experience of the employee lifecycle;Have talent management experience in designing & developing initiatives to drive HR objectives, creating and supporting productive and engaged employees;Experience of working within in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;You have excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to different people and environments;You think creatively to deliver ideas/ solutions & solve problems;You are a collaborative, consultative team player with enthusiasm, passion, and drive;Driving Licence with category B.
