Description
• Process invoices according to payment terms, checking supplier details on the invoice back to master data; • Including invoice processing, query handling, and data validation in line with agreed controls and procedures; • Ensure accurate data in company systems, keep documentation up to date, and deliver services in compliance with global policies, internal controls, and legal requirements. • Identify inefficiencies, and actively suggest improvements to enhance workflows, tools, and procedures; • Reconcile purchase order to invoices received;
Requirements
• Experience working for a B2B international business dealing with multi-currency invoices ; • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in finance operations. • ERP experience or cloud-based finance systems and strong working knowledge of Google Workspace. • Understanding of continuous improvement and best practice;
