Manpower also provides a range of staffing solutions, engagement and consulting services worldwide. Our client is a well-established manufacturing company in the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector. We are looking for an experienced and strategically-minded Key Account Manager. This is a pivotal role within the company’s commercial structure, focused on driving business growth, cultivating long-term B2B partnerships, and aligning our innovative product solutions with the evolving needs of our strategic clients to ensure market excellence.

Description

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintaining and developing relationships with key B2B clients to ensure long-term partnerships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Coordination: Negotiating contract terms and coordinating with internal departments (R&D, Logistics, Quality, Production) to ensure the seamless execution of orders.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitoring sales performance, preparing detailed reports, and proposing improvements to commercial strategies.
  • Administration and Systems: Tracking invoicing and payments, and working with internal CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Market Analysis: Conducting market and competitor analysis, monitoring industry trends, and sharing insights with the commercial team.

Requirements

  • Relevant Professional Background: Proven track record in B2B sales or managing key corporate accounts.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with a natural flair for high-level negotiations.
  • Relationship Management: Demonstrated capacity to cultivate and sustain enduring, trust-based business partnerships.
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of sales cycles, strategic market planning, and performance data analysis.
  • Digital Proficiency: Advanced command of MS Office tools and experience working with CRM platforms.
  • Linguistic Skills: Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Educational Foundation: University degree in a business-related field, such as Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration.
