Description
Daily correspondence with German- and English-speaking clients;Advising customers on technical services;Working with other teams to ensure proper service support;Preparing all necessary reports related to technical support.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English language;Experience as a technical support will be a strong advantage;Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational, prioritization, time management skills;Strong communication skills.
