Description
- Purchase Orders: Ensure orders are accurate in terms of quantities, costs, and delivery dates.
- Planning & Forecasting: Prepare demand forecasts and coordinate purchasing to keep inventory levels optimal.
- Supplier Sourcing & Procurement: Research new suppliers, evaluate offers, and maintain strong supplier relationships. Experience in procurement is desirable.
- B2B Client Growth: Identify and approach potential B2B clients to expand international sales.
- Market Insights: Track industry trends and new opportunities to keep the company competitive.
- Events & Representation: Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to showcase products and build partnerships.
Requirements
- University degree required.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel.
- Experience in sales or procurement is desirable, ideally in e-commerce or food products.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
