We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join one of our partners – a high-tech factory which is searching for an:Industrialization Manager

• Lead and develop the Industrial Engineering department, driving a culture of high performance and continuous improvement to consistently exceed operational targets.
• Actively participate in developing long-term business strategies, operational roadmaps, and project schedules that define our company's growth.
• Define and monitor department KPIs, translating complex production data into actionable insights for the executive team.
• Serve as the primary technical interface between R&D, Quality, Purchasing, and Production to harmonize technical specifications and tooling requirements.
• Lead the industrialization of new products by designing robust, scalable manufacturing processes and advanced assembly concepts.
• End-to-end process for installing or replacing machinery, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies into the production floor.
• Take full ownership of technical equipment health, implementing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
• Maintain strict adherence to industry regulations (e.g., ISO 9001) by keeping all documentation updated and audit-ready.

Изисквания

• Technical university degree;
• Deep understanding of process design, 5S methodology, lean manufacturing, and the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle;
• A proven track record in engineering leadership;
• Experience with ERP systems or similar;
• Excellent understanding of technical complexities and transforming them into clear goals for cross-functional partners and company strategy to the team.
