Our partner in the FMCG sector is looking for a Senior Commercial Professional to lead and scale a multi-channel sales organization, drive sustainable growth, and expand the company’s footprint in Bulgaria and across Europe. This strategic leadership role requires a proven commercial leader with strong FMCG background and experience managing sales structures, with direct impact on revenue, profitability, and long-term market positioning.
Description
- Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy
- Lead and structure all sales channels, including Key Accounts (national chains), regional chains, traditional trade, and online sales in close coordination with the Marketing team.
- Drive turnover, profitability and KPI performance
- Build and optimize sales processes, roles and compensation models
- Expand export operations and grow international partnerships
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Product and Logistics
- Strengthen key regions with focus on Western Bulgaria
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG / distribution
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing managers
- Strong background in multi-channel sales
- Experience working with national and regional retail chains
- Proven export experience in Europe
- Strategic mindset with data-driven decision making
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills
- Very good command of English
- Willingness to travel regularly
