Description

  • Engage inbound leads from web forms and partners, understand their business needs, and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
  • Act as a trusted solutions consultant and payment expert, presenting tailored solutions that best fit each client’s needs
  • Proactively identify and pursue potential customers through research, networking, and outbound cold calling
  • Confidently discuss pricing, terms, and conditions with customers, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
  • Drive new revenue and new account acquisition by successfully closing deals and onboarding customers into the product ecosystem
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a smooth sales experience and strong engagement after the sale
  • Accurately track all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in HubSpot. Provide regular updates on performance, forecasts, and results
  • Work closely with the wider sales team and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, strategy, and customer success

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or business development, including cold calling and deal closing
  • Strong sales skills over the phone, with confidence handling objections and guiding customers toward commitment
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Experience working with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a strong advantage.
  • A proactive, can-do, go-getter attitude with the ability to take ownership of results.
  • Proven ability to commit to pursuing customers, follow up consistently, and drive deals to closure
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • A target-driven, self-motivated mindset with a consultative approach to sales.
