• Build, maintain, and grow strong partnerships with existing clients in the German market• Proactively identify and acquire new customers, expanding the client portfolio • Act as a trusted advisor by presenting the company’s products, solutions, and value proposition • Manage the full sales cycle - from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure • Drive business growth within your territory (sales volume, active clients, market share) • Prepare tailored offers, contracts, and commercial proposals • Ensure smooth order execution and high level of customer satisfaction • Analyze client needs and market trends to identify new opportunities • Maintain accurate customer data and track sales performance • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and business insights
• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development • Strong ability to balance client retention and new business acquisition • Commercial mindset with a customer-centric approach • Experience in the textile/fabric industry is a strong advantage • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proactive, goal-oriented, and well-organized personality • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) • Willingness to travel internationally
