Supply Chain Manager

For one of our trusted partners, "Soufflet Malt", part of the "InVivo Group" - a leading international organization with over 14,500 employees across nearly 40 countries - we are looking for an experienced:Supply Chain Managerto lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. „Soufflet Malt“ is the global leader in malt production, operating in more than 20 countries with over 40 production sites, holding approximately 15% global market share. The company plays a key role in the agricultural and food value chain and continues to expand its international footprint.

Your Role:

• In this position, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the full supply chain cycle for input products - from planning to execution.
• You will ensure efficient transport, warehousing, and service provider management, while driving performance, cost optimization, and compliance with internal and external standards.
• You will report directly to the Country Manager and play a key role in aligning supply chain operations with overall business objectives.

• Define and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee transport, warehousing, and distribution to ensure high service levels (OTIF)
• Lead, develop, and motivate the supply chain team
• Manage relationships with logistics service providers (selection, negotiation, evaluation)
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and accuracy
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards
• Lead the S&OP process, aligning demand forecasts with supply capabilities

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role (Agro/Agri business is an advantage)
• Experience in transport and logistics management is considered a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in digital tools (SAP, CRM systems, Excel, reporting tools)
• Fluent English
