We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Supply Chain Expert to optimize our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products. This is a hands-on, operational management role with no direct reports. You will be fully responsible for the execution and oversight of the supply chain.

Description

• Supply & Production Coordination: Managing the end-to-end process from placing production orders with international subcontractors to ensuring the arrival of goods.
• International Logistics: Planning and tracking large-scale international shipments, with a heavy focus on sea freight and long-distance transport management.
• Inventory Forecasting: Analyzing data to predict stock requirements and scheduling future deliveries to prevent gaps in the market.
• Logistics Compliance: overseeing bonded warehouse activities and ensuring all international transport procedures are met.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Working closely with warehouse, transport, and management teams to find "Plan B" solutions for any logistics bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in logistics or supply chain management, ideally within an international context.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required for daily professional communication with global partners.
• Technical Background: Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel for data-driven planning.
• Personal Traits: Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Logistics: Willingness to work between two locations: a central office and a warehouse facility (1-2 days per week).
