Description
- Develop and grow B2B relationships with industrial customers
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Understand client needs and match them with tailored product solutions
- Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Support customer satisfaction, including basic technical product guidance
- Manage CRM updates and reporting
- Travel regularly to clients in the region
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development
- Experience in industrial chemicals or food/pharma ingredients is a plus
- Understanding of international trade and logistics is an advantage
- Fluent English and Bulgarian
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset
- Driving license
